Speaker Bio(s):

Henry Barry, MD, MS is a professor of Family Medicine and Senior Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs and Development in the College of Human Medicine at Michigan State University. After graduating from the University of Maryland, he completed his family medicine residency at St. Lawrence Hospital in Lansing, Michigan and completed a master’s in Clinical Research Design and Statistical Analysis at the University of Michigan School of Public Health. For over 20 years, as one of the original “POETs,” he and colleagues have generated nearly 6000 POEMs – Patient Oriented Evidence that Matters – short critical summaries of original research on topics relevant to primary care physicians.
